Why Practice Qigong?
During a one hour online lesson you will practice energy strengthening and balancing exercises.
Qigong will help you feel the energy and it’s flow in your body, so that you can become more aware of yourself. It also helps you be more calm and grounded and just feel better overall. It’s a healthy way to feel uplifted and promote self healing.
